The club’s Annual General Meeting for the 2025 year was held in February 2026, bringing members together to reflect on the past year and look ahead to the next. As a required annual meeting, the AGM plays an essential role in the governance of the club, providing an opportunity to review activities, share updates, and ensure everything continues to run smoothly. It was noted that the club remains in a healthy financial position, with a strong and stable membership base and encouraging levels of participation continuing to grow.
The meeting also confirmed continuity within the committee, with no new nominations received for the roles of President and Secretary, both of whom will continue in their positions. A change was agreed for the Treasurer role, with the Treasurer and Vice Treasurer swapping responsibilities. Members also reflected on two successful exhibitions held during the year, highlighting the creativity and commitment within the group.
