Winter Photography Exhibition

The club’s Winter Exhibition will be held in November at the Salle des fêtes de Luchapt and forms part of the club’s annual programme of community events. The exhibition will include a themed photography competition based on “Diptych: Light and Dark”, inviting members to present paired images that explore contrast, balance, and visual relationships through two connected photographs. Entries will be judged to determine 1st, 2nd, and 3rd places, while visitors attending the exhibition will also be invited to vote for their favourite images over the course of the event, creating a separate public choice result.

Alongside the competition, members will display a selection of their own photography, showcasing a variety of styles and subjects. Refreshments, including savoury food and cakes, will be available during the exhibition, and there will also be a tombola as part of the club’s fundraising activities. The exhibition provides an opportunity for visitors to enjoy local photography, meet club members, and support the club within a welcoming community setting.
