The club’s Spring Exhibition was held over the weekend of 5th and 6th April 2026 at the Salle des fêtes de Luchapt, marking the club’s annual community photography event. This year’s exhibition included a themed competition based on “Water”, with entries independently judged to determine 1st, 2nd, and 3rd places. In parallel, visitors to the exhibition were invited to take part in a public vote over the course of the weekend, with their combined selections also producing a separate top three. Certificates were awarded to all winners, with first-place recipients additionally receiving an image printing gift voucher.
Alongside the exhibition, members displayed a selection of their own work, helping to showcase the breadth of photography within the club. The event also featured a café offering savoury food and cakes, as well as a tombola with food hampers, both of which contributed to the fundraising element of the weekend.
Despite it being a busy Easter weekend with other local events taking place, the exhibition enjoyed a steady flow of visitors throughout. The weather was favourable, and the event was once again a highly enjoyable community occasion, helping to promote the club and raise funds to support its ongoing activities.
