The session made use of the club’s own studio lighting and set-ups, with three different stations demonstrating a range of lighting techniques for portrait photography. Several volunteers from the local community kindly acted as models for the session, helping to provide a varied and engaging subject matter for members to work with. Members were able to move between the set-ups, experimenting with lighting, composition, and posing, and observing how different lighting styles can dramatically change the mood and impact of an image.
